  • Help build bone density
  • Improve balance & posture
  • Reduce risk of falling
  • Develop increased flexibility
  • Increase aerobic breathing
  • Boost circulation & brain function

Build friendships
After participating in fitness, usually participants are invigorated & have more energy throughout the day. Sleep is improved as a result of regular exercise.

After surgery or injuries, low impact movement will help in the recovery.
