- Improve balance & posture
- Reduce risk of falling
- Develop increased flexibility
- Increase aerobic breathing
- Boost circulation & brain function
Build friendships
After participating in fitness, usually participants are invigorated & have more energy throughout the day. Sleep is improved as a result of regular exercise.
After surgery or injuries, low impact movement will help in the recovery.
